Wedding Branding

Project: Bridal Stationery and signage.

My husband and I love history, so making our invites and signage look like they're from another era was a no-brainer. Our bridal shower and Save The Date designs were 1950's looking, so we wanted to do something different for the actual wedding branding.

We live in an old house (built in 1910!) with a beautiful stained glass window and wanted to incorporate the look of the window in our wedding branding. I meshed the look of the Craftsman window and Art Deco design style into a frame in which the type is set. For the type, I was inspired by silent movie title cards. We wanted these to look and feel more vampy and less like the usual Art-Deco-Gatsby look.

Invites; front and back. These were printed on 16pt stock with a Soft Touch finish and silver foil detailing on the front.
