This is Red Guy from the Cartoon Network show Cow and Chicken. The absurd show was one of my favorites as a kid and the Red Guy’s kooky personality always stuck with me. I wanted to make an illustration of him looking a little less unhinged than usual and loosely inspired by vintage illustrations.
